Jumps
1) Players to leap from red line to green line like a kangroo.
Coaching tips:-
Feet shoulder width apart
Not to flex knees too much
Use arms to add height
Progression:-
Head imaginary ball at full height
2) Player to start with feet together and jump either side (like slalom skiing) of the blue line from A to B.
Coaching tips:-
Knees bent
On balls of feet
Use arms for balance

Foot race
Red and green lines set 1.5m apart.
Players to face away from blue line.
On coaches shout, green players to sprint to blue line.
Red players to try and catch green players before they cross blue line.
Progressions:-
Players to balance on 1 foot as starting position
Players to be in press up position as starting position
Players to lie on backs as starting position

Reaction Saves
GK faces into goal. Coach designates a shooter and calls out "Turn" as they approach to shoot. GK will turn on coach's call and try to recognise which player is shooting and save that shot. Shooter and GK then switch places.
