This activity is a match-related activity. Flexability is key in this practice, from building up play from out wide to encourageing players to come inside and play narrow.

Set Up:

1) 45x35 yard area

2) Full team

3) 15 minutes

4) Teams of three

5) Players outside grid labeled

Rules:

This includes three teams of 3, with outside players A and B who have no more than 2 touches and play to whichever team passes to them. Each team has a ball and must exchange passes using the outside player. When a player paases to the A player, he/she cannot receive the ball back, it must be received by another teammate. When a player passes to player B, he must go get the ball and continue. Play in 5 minute windows and then switch the players' roles.

*Progression* Build into a game of 4v4 or 5v5 using the same format. However, the players must make three passes before they can pass to the outside players.
