4. Dribbling + Shooting
Organization: All players responsible for their own ball.
1. Dribble all right foot.
- Players should be making sharp cuts with inside and outside of foot once around the cones.
2.Dribble all left foot
3. Dribble both feet and cut the ball "sole across"
4. Fake shot at each cone
Coaching points: should be dribbling around cones and making sharp cuts with inside and outside of the foot. Need to teach proper shooting technique (big toe down, pinky toe up, come at an angle and not straight on, hit the ball with the sweet spot)

SET UP:
-3 teams, 3 gates/goals
-Each team has a ball and must try to score in another team's goal while protecting their own goal
-If a team wins possession of another team's ball they can keep it and try to score (one team can have all three balls at the one time. If the ball leaves the area it restarts with a pass or dribble in from one of the teams who did not kick it out
-Each team has a fixed goalie. They are numbered 1-3 and will be changed every 2-3 minutes to ensure everyone gets equal chance to practice their shooting
AlLTERNATIVES/POTENTIAL PROGRESSIONS:
-Add/remove balls depending on success: more balls results in more success!
-Change the position of the goals
-Set challenges: double points for a goal with their lesser used foot, goals right into the corner etc
KEY POINTS:
-Speed of attack
-Selecting which goal to attack: overload a goal or spot the free goal with no defenders near it
-Shooting technique and different types of finishes
-Decision of when to pass or dribble: dribble into space or pass around the defender close infront of you
