Screen 1

#1 Moves to Beat Defender

Set Up:

1) Grids 15x15 yds

2) Groups of 4 with a ball (depending on how many players you have, you can have 8 in a group)

3) SA 6x6 ft square in the middle of the grid - players are to dribble

Rules:

1) Dribble towards the the square in the middle of area, then use a move to get to the next cone

2) Moves: Outside of foot, Scissors, step-over, side-step, Zico or any combination

3) Have players do moves with both feet and both in directions

#2 - 4 Goal game

Set Up:

1) Grid 20x25 yds

2) Four gate goals (each team has two goals to attack and two goals to defend)

3) Players must maintain social distancing while waiting for their turn

*if there are more than 8 players at your practice, make two grids to work simultaneously 

Rules:

1) Defending player starts with passing the ball to the attacking players

2) After the attackers first touch, then the defenders can defend

3) Attackers try to dribble through one of the two gates

4) If the defender(s) win the ball, they can then counterattack the two opposite goals

#3 End Zone Game

Set Up:

1) Grid 40x30

2) Create two 5 yd end zones on each side

3) Two even teams

4) Play restarts with a ball from the coach

Rules:

1) Players must dribble and stop the ball in the end zone for a point

2) If a team scores a point, they will receive the next ball to start

3) Play to a specific number or 5 minute games
