Organization: Same practice but every team to nominate a goalkeeper who goes in goal for another group.
Instructions: Teams to go one at a time to shoot at the goal infront of them. If they score they get a point for their team. If the goalkeeper saves a shot, they get a point for their team.
Coaching Points: Same as before + look at the goalkeepers positioning before shooting and adjust your shot accordingly.
Progressions:
- Keep point scores for your team
- Score with wrong foot gains more points.

Organization: 2 lines of players behind blue cones. 1 ball per player. 1 goal.
Instructions: first player in each line dribble at outside cone simultaneously. Head up to see target and shoot with laces or place with inside of foot. Switch lines after shot.
Coaching Points:
1. Observation of the target
2. Angle of approach – off center
3. Head down at the point of contact
4. Non-kicking foot placed to side, slightly behind the ball
5. Ankle locked, toe down
6. Contact foot – laces (instep)
7. Body weight forward, chest and knee over the ball at contact
Progressions: 1. Dribble and shoot - no goalkeeper. 2. Coach plays goalkeeper. Place cones in between center of goal and post and play a game. 1 point for a goal, 2 points for a goal between cone and post.

Organization:
20x30, 4 Goals,4 teams, 1 ball per player
Instructions:
Coach calls out go, players will messi dribble towards the cone
infront, they will perform a xavi turn around the cone then shoot into
their goal.
the players are only alowed 1 touch after their turn before they
shoot.
Next person doesn't go until ball is in the net.
the team who gets all of the balls in the net first wins.
if a player misses they go to the back of the line and try again.
Coaching Points:
Shooting - Driven
Angle of approach – off center
Head up to observe the position of the goalkeeper
Head down at the point of contact

the balls now start in the middle the players go one at a time and must run and get a ball out of the middle square and shoot the team with the most balls wins.
if they miss the ball must go back in the middle.

- The Coach shouts out a number, both players race to the center cone, first player to make it to the cone will receive the ball from coach with advantage of breakaway and other player has to defend
- The number shouted try to score past the opposition GK

Warm up (10 mins)
Organization: Players to have a partner and a pinnie between them. Balls to be in the middle with two players to be the 'blasters'
Instructions: Blasters to try and hit the balls of the other players hitting them below the waist. If the ball hits them or they let go of the pinnie they become on. Play until everyone is out.
Coaching Points: Use of laces to strike the ball, good touch out of feet to set up the strike.
Progressions:
