Each player has a pinnie tucked into their shorts. Players use field awarness and agility to avoid losing their tail while also trying to pull the tail of other players.
Progression: Add ball for each player, allow 2 or 3 players without ball to try and steal pinnies from players with ball.
Challenge: Player with the ball, can you keep your peenie away from tagger

Organization:
1.20 x 20 yard area set up as shown
2.12 players set up as shown
3.1 ball per player.
Instructions:
1.Players score points by dribbling ball through a gate, turn and coming back through the same gate, without touching the markers. Then go on to another gate and repeat
2.Each player attempts to score as many times as they can
3.Play for a set time limit
4. Can add story to game for player's enjoyment
Coaching Points:
1.Look up to observe space and scoring opportunities

3.Bend the knees to create a platform to accelerate
4.Use all parts of the feet when attempting to turn
5.The hips must work hard to ensure correct contact and turning line
Progressions:
-Reduce gates
-Reduce gate size
-Add colored gates for specific turns e.g. Blue gate must be a drag back

Organization:
1. 20x20 field set up as shown
2. Separate players into 4 teams
3. 9 balls (odd number of balls is best)
Instructions:
1. Each team begins in their corner of the field. Two players are runners and one player stays and makes sure the balls stay in the corner of the field.
2. One player from each team runs to the ball area to retrive a ball. Player must perform a turn to get the ball out of the area and dribble back to their corner.
3. One the first player has returned, the next player can go to retrive a ball. The runners continue rotating and collecting balls until their team has 3 balls in their corner.
4. Players can only dribble one ball at a time. Once all the balls in the center ball area are gone, players can go to other teams to retrive a ball. First team with 3 balls in their corner win.

1. Teams must retrive 4 balls

Organization:
Players divided between each corner
Each player with a ball
2 goals set up as shown
Instructions:
Two players from opposite sides, A and B, dribble to the right
of the middle marker, turn and then shoot
As soon as the shot is taken players from the other two corners
set off for the marker
Coach can change the direction of the dribble and turning
technique to challenge players further
Play for a set time limit or certain number of goals. Competition between corners

Use nearest foot and surface to go into attacking space quickly
Change of speed after turn to get onto the ball quickly
Head up after turn to observe the goal
Progressions:
Change central marker so that players dribble behind each other and then turn to shoot at goal
Central marker is changed for a passive defender
Reg - Reduce the size of area
Reg - Players go one at a time and work in groups of four

Instructions:
1) Players dribbling in the area, using different techniques 2) On coaches command players go to the line which is called ie Blue line, the last 3 to stop the ball on the line must complete 3 turns in the turning zone
3)When players are on the line a new turn is introduced
4) after players go back in the zone they practice the turn

1) Small touches when dribbling
2) head up
3) Identify players and space
4) Can you turn away?
