Instructions:
Each player has a car. Players can choose any car they want. Players dribble from one parking garage to the next. Coach calls "clockwise", "counter-clockwise", "criss-cross".
Coaching Points:
-Drive quickly when you have space in front of you
-Slow down in traffic
-Keep your car close to you

1-The police can chase speeding cars.
2-Add sitting traffic cones that players must find new routes

Instructions:
Phase I: Dynamic Warm Up
50 Touch Dribble Challenge: Begin with the players dribbling around the grid. Coach's Command Dribbling Techniques - Left, Right, Both, Inside/Outsides
Players listen to coaches command
1-Burst of Speed
2- Moving Foundations
3- Moving Toe Taps
4 - Feint and Accelerate
5 - Stationary Scissors
If you bump into a player: 10 toe taps
If you dribble out of the grid: 10 toe taps
Phase II: Cat and Mouse
Coach Selects Two-Three Players to Be Cats - Cats Have No Ball
Everyone with a ball are the mice, they are dribbling around and must protect their 'cheese' which is the ball. Play 90 second rounds - players do not want to be the ones without their ball at the end of the session.
The Square Grids are the Safe Zones
- 5 Seconds Max in Safe Zone
- Only One in a Safe Zone at a time
- Cannot re-enter an exited safe zone

- Spacial Awareness: Identification of Space, Player, Safe Zones Etc.
- Size of Touches Due To Spacial Recognition
- Shielding/ Dribbling with foot farthest from the defender
