Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): Triangle Possession Activity

Triangle Grid for Possession (15 mins)

Set cones out to create a triangle with a goal on each end.

Have one team play numbers up x2 (5 v 3, 6 v 4 or 7 v 5) to maintain possession and be sure to switch players to allow them the opportunity to play both attack and defense.

The team makes 2-3 passes and can score on any goal in the corners. The team that is defending if they win the ball can dribble out of any gates to score. First team to 5 wins and switch players around.
