Set Up:

1) 20x20 grid

2) 3v1 swapping grids

3) Two groups of four in their own half of the grid

Rules:

1) Assign numbers to players in each square

2) Players are passing in numeric order

3) Coach shouts a #, and players go to defend in the other grid making a 3v1. First team to win the ball earns a point. (the ball only needs to be knocked out of bounds)

***incorporate intensive dynamic movemnets (short/sharp distances & movemnets) between games

Progression: coach shouts two or three #s to promote courage in possession.
