SET UP:
A 40 x 30 yard area with two mini goals at each end. 8 v 4 : 4 blacks v 4 yellows on the field, other yellow players on the sides .
ACTION:
Blacks start as attackers who can score in any of the 4 goals. Yellows try and keep possession - they can pass to perimeter players but must then change places with them.
COACHES POINTS:
Change attackers every few minutes.
Award goal for x amount of passes to yellow team
PLAYERS TIPS. Work hard off the ball and call instructions to team mates to create openings for yourself or them. Attackers finish at every reasonable opportunity.
