Instructions:
Phase I: Unopposed
- Players must make eye contact and say 'Go' to begin the drill
- Players race through their color coned gates to see who can get to the goal first and score. The group plays individually - every goal equals 1 PT. If you score first you get 2 PTs (keeps engagement for slower player)
- Rounds are Two -Three minutes: Rotate players/teams accordingly
- Progression/ Regression: Limit Total amount of touches & Left or Right Foot Only
Phase II: Semi Opposed
- Players must make eye contact and say 'Go' to begin the drill
- Players race through their color coned gates to see who can get to the goal first and score. The group plays as a team - every goal equals 1 PT. If you score first you get 2 PTs (keeps engagement for slower player)
- If a player bumps into each other in the 'criss-cross' they get minus a point

Instructions:
- Player A must dribble through the Blue Gate before the defender is allowed to react/defend. Player A can score in any goal. Player B can win the ball and score in any goal. 1 PT for the attackers goal, if defense wins the ball and scores 2 PTS for the goal.
- Swap Roles after a 2 Minute Round
Coaching Points:
- Heads Up: Assess where the space is, where the defender is going
- Positive touch forward
- A few touches a possible to get to the goal

Instructions:
Phase I or Option I: Dynamic Warm Up
Dribbling Techniques - Left, Right, Both, Inside/Outsides
- Players are instructed to dribble around the grid. On Coach's command they are to dribble into as many coned gates as possible. Every gate is 1 PT and players cannot go through a gate at the same time.
- Progression: Players have to go through a Specific Color Pattern of the gates OR cannot go through the same get twice
Phase II or Option II: Tail Tag
Dribbling Techniques - Left, Right, Both, Inside/Outsides
- All players have a pinnie tucked into their shorts on the side (hip area) and a ball at their feet.
- Players are all working for themselves they can score 1 PT either by putting their foot on top of another teammates' soccer ball or pulling out a teammates' tail pinnie.
- Emphasize SHIELDING THE BALL and utilizing the foot farthest from the defender.
