Decription
Half of the players start in the middle with a ball. The other half are spread out around the outside of the field. White must find a Player on the outside and pass to them, taking their place. The new Player (Green) must dribble into the box and find another outside player to pass to. Continue.
Progressions
Give and Go - Inside players keep the ball, work for 1 minute. Switch roles.
Give and Go w/ Turn - When receiving the pass back, turn and explode to a new person
Give and Hold - The outside player traps the ball while the inside player runs around them. Lay off.

Description
In Players, players stand facing the ball. Using the correct passing technique, partners must knock the ball off of the cone as many times as possible in 2 minutes. Shift partners along.

Description
Set up 10 cone gates, 5 of each color. Put players in pairs with a ball between them. Pairs must travel around the area passing through as many gates as possible in 1 minute. You can progress to having them go through alternate colors.

Set up an area 40 wide x 30 long. Split into three teams
-4v4 to small goals. Blue vs. White with black as neutral.
-2 black players work up and down the sidelines. Everyone else plays as usual.
-Neutral players may not score
-First team to two points wins, losers become the new neutrals.
