Organization:
1. 30 x 30 Area Size.
2. Split group into two teams.
Instructions:
1. Player A passes and presses Player B.
2. Player B tries to score in either of the goals.
3. Player A will try to win the ball back and score in either of the goals aswell.
Coaching Points:
1. Attack space ahead (bigger 1st touch).
2. Head up to see defenders position.
3. Recognition of space and pressure.
5. Cutting across player after turn.
6. Protect ball if continue to dribble (put body between the defender and ball).
7. Head up after turn to make next action (end product).

Two pug goals are set up about 5-7 yards apart. Directly in the middle of the pug goals 15 yards out is a yellow cone.
Players are split into two teams. Players race to the yellow cone perform, turn, and dribble to a line where they have to shoot the ball into the pug goal which is on the same side of their team.
First person to score gets a point. Team with the most points wins.

Player passes ball across field to other team. Player who passes becomes defender. Reciever is attacker. Attacker can score in any goal EXCEPT the goal right by them.
Keep on the same side for 5 minutes. After 5mins switch. Keep score of goals scored. Non winning team does pushups.
Progression- Add in gate that player must go through before finishing.

1. Players split up into 4 teams and play a round robin tournament where all teams play.
Coaching Points:
1. 3 lines of attack, 1 defender, 1 midfielder, 1 forward.
2. Create as much space for player in possession.
3. Try to create a triangle at all times to give good angle of support.
4. Team mates create gaps, can player in possession look to Messi into them.

Set-Up:
Players will free dribble around an open area (50ft x 70 ft).
Progression:
1.) Ask players to see if they can do what the coach is doing (each one is a one minute activity):
a.) Have players dribble around then stop the ball by stepping on it when coach yells 'STOP'.
b.) Have players dribble around then perform a drag-back (pull-back) when coach yells 'TURN'.
c.) Have players dribble around then stop the ball using the inside of the foot when coach yells 'STOP'.
d.) Have players dribble around then perform an 'INSIDE-CUT' when the coach yells 'TURN'.
e.) Have players dribble around then stop the ball using the outside of the foot, when coach yells 'STOP'.
f.) Have players dribble around then perfrom an 'OUTSIDE-CUT' when the coach yells TURN'.
Coaching Points:
After changing directions, explode with speed.
Dribble with the ball close to you so you can STOP it quickly.
Try to get the ball moving in the opposite direction with ONE TOUCH.
