Instructions:
Game starts with a diagonal pass from the defender then the two forwards go 2v1 against defender to two small goals. If defender wins ball they go to two goals opposite.
Coaching Points:
- Movement before receiving (check)
- Quality of diagonal pass
- First touch to drive inside (create two options for yourself)
- Dribble with foot closest to support
- Pass as late as possible to take defender out of the game
- Decision; pass or dribble, but do one or the other, don't hesitate
- Timing of run to support
- Communication - "Overlapping, Hold, Through""
- Weight and direction of pass to support
- Use of support as a decoy
- Disguise when passing (inside outside flick/no look)
- Play at speed

Organization:
1 goal, 1 gk, 2 lines of attackers, 1 line of defenders
Instructions:
Defenders go 1 vs 1 against the GK and try and score, once the play has ended the attackers start with a pass across then attack the goal and try and score.
Coaching Points:
1. Receiving player driving into space
2. Support player reading 1st touch of receiving player (overlap, touch inside)
3. Reading defenders position whether to decoy or pass
4. Positive attitude to shooting

Organization:
Set up as shown. 2 v.2 to begin with.
Two lines, either side of the goal - one player with a ball ready to go.
Instructions:
White starts. Players go 2 v.2 to goal to begin with.
When the play ends (goal, miss, out of bounds) whoever touched it last must touch the oppositions post before they can get back and defend.
At the same time, the opposition (blue) breaks quickly for a 2 v. 1 against the remaining white defender (2nd white defender can chase back and tackle if quick enough)
