Skills Warmup:
Description:
- Players each partner up (or a group of three if odd)
- Players must dribble out to the other side and do a type of turn
- Vary the turns every 2 min, stopping at least once to breakdown the move
- Player passes ball to teammate and replaces teammate as they dribble out
- Make it a competition after a few minutes for each turn
Turns:
- Pull back
- Inside cut
- Step over turn
- Outside cut (if the others are too easy)
- Cruyff (advanced turn)
- Reverse Cruyff (extreme turn)

Organization:
1. 30 x 30 Area Size.
2. Split group into two teams.
Instructions:
1. Player A passes and presses Player B.
2. Player B tries to score in either of the goals.
3. Player A will try to win the ball back and score in either of the goals aswell.
Coaching Points:
1. Attack space ahead (bigger 1st touch).
2. Head up to see defenders position.
3. Recognition of space and pressure.
5. Cutting across player after turn.
6. Protect ball if continue to dribble (put body between the defender and ball).
7. Head up after turn to make next action (end product).

Regular game, make two teams and game is live with no restrictions. Encourage players to be creative and try the moves and techniques they learned. DO NOT be afraid to stop the game to coach players and team on positioning and decision-making.
ALL PLAYERS MUST SHAKE EACHOTHER'S HANDS AFTER GAME! Every scrimmage is followed by a talk with all players about todays session and what they learned.
Older players try and juggle for 3 minutes before talk.
