Set Up:

1) 30 minutes

2) 8v8: Field: 77x46

3) Two 13-minute games with 2 mins rest between games

4) (Fitness Overload)

Rules:

1) All restarts from the GKs

2) Uninterupted Play: Coach within the run of play only. No stoppages. Keep balls available for restarts.

3) Encourage creating a defensive block - "line of confrontation", which invites the opposition to play out from the back. "Around us, not through us."

4) "Organized Press": Force play wide into defensive overload areas

5) Defend in a 3-3-1, attack in a 2-3-2
