How to Play
- Unopposed. Pass to the highest player (and follow in) who sets for the deepest player who plays out (and follows)
- Continuous
Progressions
- 'Overs' from the deepest player
- Highest player stops the ball for the deepest player to run on to
- Once ball gets to the outside it must be transferred to another outside player before being played back in
- Set a time limit to complete a specific number of passes
