Opposed Shooting - Tidying your room (10/15 mins)
20 x 20 Grid with cones down the middle
Two teams, each player has a ball. Coach shouts 'Go', players shoot their ball into other teams area. They must then continue to shoot any balls that are in their area, into the other teams area, attempting to keep their 'room' tidy. After two minutes coach shouts 'Freeze'. Which ever team has the least number of balls in their area wins. Repeat game a few times ensuring correct technique is being used.
Progression:
1 - Stand cones around area for bonus points if knocked down.
2 - Have one player from each team in other teams half trying to block players shot.
Key Coaching Points:
1 - As above for basic shooting technique
2 - Get head up to look for space to shoot the ball into
3 - Always on toes, looking for new ball.

Conditioned Game (10/15 mins) - Zones
Players split into 2 teams.
Each player is only allowed in 1 zone (one half of the field) e.g. attacking players can only stay in attacking half of field/ defenders can only stay in defensive side. When ball crosses the middle of the field the players in the other half must receive ball and continue the game. Defenders try to get it out their half/ attackers try to knock cones down by shooting.
Key Coaching Points -
1 - Players are staying in position and moving to help team mates
2 - Defenders are kicking the ball into attacking half ASAP.
3 - Players are learning to spread out and stick to positions.

SAQ Warm Up (15 mins)
Follow the leader
Players are in pairs, one player leads and the other player is trying to follow them around the area. We want players to practice the moves done in previous SAQ circuits without the cones - side to side shuffles, running backwards, sprinting forwards, slowing down/speeding up.
Once players have led for 1 minute they will follow and visa versa.
Bring in the ball now!
Play for 15 Minutes
