Set Up:

1) 30x20 yards or 40x25 yards

2) Three teams of four

3) Two teams play while the other team is the GKs

4) No offside

If the ball leaves the playing area, restart play by a pass-in or a throw-in

Rules:

1) The aim of this game is to score in all four goals first. The team that completes this task, will be crowned the winners.

2) After a team scores in all four goals, the team that are the GKs will switch with the team that lost.
