Dribbling and learning to use movements, body feints, to fake out opponents.

Organization:
-20x20 grid (adjust accordingly)
Instructions:
- All the players dribble their soccer ball
- The coach calls out a body part. (ex: knee, elbow, chest, etc..)
- Players must stop the ball an put that body part on it.
-Vary the body parts and the rate at which you call it
Coaching Points:
- Control the ball using small (Messi) touches
- Heads up, look for space, don't bunch up
- Good change of direction

Organization:

Instructions:
- all Minnows (players) start on one side of the area
- trying to get to other side without being caught by the shark (coach)
- shark is trying to tag as many minnows as possible
- if tagged by shark, you now become a shark and help coach catch more minnows
Coaching Points:
- head up to know where shark is
- change of speed and direction
Progressions:
Now player's have a ball and if the shark kicks the ball out, that player joins the shark.

Instructions:
-all players dribble around with ball listening for commands from coach
-if green light is called, player moves around dribbling
- if red light is called, player need to stop and not be moving
Coaching Points:
-Make sure you stay control of ball
- head up for space
- ears open to listen
Progressions:
-add more light: yellow-slowly
- Don't announce the colors. Hold up red, yellow, green cones as visual cues of what players need to do.
-other colors different task: white=feint Blue=double-feint etc..
- The coach is now the police and he comes in to try to take the player's ball away. The only way to lose the police is to do a feint around the officer. If the ball is taken, the player has to get it back from the coach (or they can get someone else's ball)

Organization:

all players with a pinny tail
Instructions:
- all players are taggers
- pull as many pinnies as you can
- keep pinny in hand
- once lose pinny still can run around trying to get other pinnies
- once all pinnies are taken, game ends and player with the most pinnies wins
- replay as many times as you want
Coaching Points:
- head up to know where tagger is
- change of speed and direction
- use of body to protect pinny

P- only two taggers
R- every one keep their own pinny
