Organization:
25x25 grid
Red Cones on one side to represent starting point (home) and orange cones on the far side is the end zone "
Instructions:
Players must travel from home (yellow cones) to end zone (Orange cones) without being caught by the Police officer (coach)
Players can only move when coaches hold up different stop lights
-Red (stop ball)
-yellow (messi touch)
-Green (ronaldo touch)
if spotted moving by the Police officer when RED light goes up he/she must go back home (Yellow cones)
Coaching Points:
Improve motor skills and have kids work on stopping their body immediately.
Introduce head up dribbling - kids must keep eyes on coach to know when to freeze, while completing various tasks (picking up pennies, dribbling around candy shops in different directions)
- observe all the space/objectives within Candy Land
Close control with their ball during each time across the grid.
Progressions:
Introduce Candy Land - Coaches lay area with candy (pennies) and players must pick up their favorite candies up on the way to candy land.

1.15 x 20 yard area set up a shown

Story/Description:
1.Lots-O (Coach) has captured all the toys (players) and has them locked up under the watchful eye of Baby
2.The Monkey on guard (Parent with two cones as cymbals) watches for any movement from the toys.
3.If the Monkey sees any of the toys move they should sound the alarm (Monkey noise and smashes the cones together)
4.When the alarm sounds all toys have to get from one side of the area to the other, without getting caught by Lots-O
5.If a toy is caught they help Lots-O get all the other toys
6.Toys escape from a new area each time until they are free!
Coaching Points:
1.Move really fast to get past Lots-O
2.Change your speed and direction
3.Keep your head up
Developments:
1.P - Toys are required to use R.C the car (ball) to get past Lots-O

Dribbling - Bank Robbers
Organisation:
30x40 area with 4 5x5 squares in each corner.
Plenty of balls
Instructions:
At coach command players must run to the middle to retrieve a ball and dribble back to their corner. Upon return, next teammate runs to do the same.
Once all balls are all gone, team with the most in their corner wins.
Progression: Allow dribbling with single foot adding a move (feint, roll, etc.)
Regression: Allow dribbling with either foot.
Competitive: How many can your team retrieve?
Coaching points:
Outside (pinky-toe) for close control.
Laces for fast, longer distance dribbling.
Head up to locate your corner and avoid other players

Instructions:
1 - Turtle Tag - 3 turtle taggers have 1 minute to try and tag as many players as possible. If tagged players lay on their back like a turtle.
2 - Players who havn't been tagged push the turtle(player) onto their front and now they are back in the game.
1 - Banana Tag - 3 Taggers have 1 minute to try and tag as many players as possible. If tagged players turn into a banana and stand with the their hands in the air pushed together.
2 - Players who havn't been tagged peel the banana (players hands) and now they are back in the game.
1 - Shower Tag - 3 Taggers have 1 minute to try and tag as many players as possible. Once tagged the players turn into a shower.
2 - Players who havn't been tagged save the tagged players by washing under their shower.
