Players move in tandem moving across the grid. Player with the ball passes to the GK who then turns and distributes to the moving 2nd player. The 2nd player plays on touch to one of the 2 players at the opposite end to the next pair, who continues the process (the GK turns to face them).

Start with passes to the GK`s feet and move into driving and chipping the ball into the GK for variation, working the GK more as he warms up.

2 teams of 3 or 4 alternate attempting to finish against a GK using a 2 sided goal. All balls that make it across the grid to the opposing group (goal or not) are played live by the other team. The ball can never sit still or be touched over 3 times (1 per player max at a time) or the opposing team will get the ball to restart play.

If the GK saves and holds onto the ball, he rolls to the team that didn`t previously finish. If a rebound is given up, the ball is live for attackers to follow up and for the GK to practice going after his own rebounds. If the attackers get it, they must play the ball back over the line to their teammates.

If a ball fully goes out, the team not last to touch it grabs a new ball and immediately restarts play.

Same as 2nd activity, but now there are two 3 yard gates with 5 yards between them. The field players must use the 2 wide gates for scoring. This will increase the amount of diving and physical efforts of the GK.

As before, but now live with 3v1 in each end (3 going to goal-the 1 defender attempts to play back to his team upon winning the ball) with a playing zone-balls within 6 yards of the GK belong to the GK. Any balls in the GK`s hands are played to the opposite side.

All finishes must be one touch. For increased tempo, touch limits can be placed on the 3 attackers.
