Activity #1: Partner and a ball. Players start by checking to the outside of the side cone to receive a pass with their front foot. Player who receives the ball dribbles to the cone they originally came from. Once player is back to their cone, their partner checks to the outside of the side cone. Player repeats the process.

Activity #2: Same set-up - parnter and a ball. Player without ball checks towards the middle, then receives the ball for a lay-off pass back to teammate. Player #2 checks around outside cone to receive a ball into space. Player #2 dribbles back to cone and repeats the movement with player #1.

Activity #3: Players are now in pairs and working with the opposite team, so 4 players to one ball. The passing sequence in length - Long - Short - Short - Long. Try to get the players use to opening up for each pass and after each pass.
