Set-Up

1) Area: 30x15 (15x15 zones)

2) 20 minutes

3) Two teams of four

4) Balls on the side with the coach as the restart

Rules:

1) 2 attempt to possess using outside players against 3 (4v3)

2) Outside players cannot come inside the zone

3) When 3 win it, they attempt to play to their player waiting on outside of opposite zone

4) All restarts with server playing to team still in possession

5) Play 2 mins: team defending at time owes something (pushups, etc)

*** Mix intensive dynamic movements into the warm-up!
