#1 3 Team Possession

Set Up:

1) 40x35 yd grid

2) Three even teams

3) 2 teams against 1 team ( monkey in the middle)

Rules:

1) 2 teams try to connect 8 consecutive passes = 1 point

2) If a team turns the ball over, they are now the team in the middle

3) Team to 6 points win

#2 4v4+4 bumpers + Gk

Set up:

1) 40x35 yrd grid

2) 3 teams of four

3) 1 goal with Gk

4) Extra balls at the top of grid

Rules:

1) Attacking team goes to goal

2) Defending team tries to play to the bumpers

3) Sequence: Attack - defend - bumpers

4) If the attacking team scores, they saty on as the attacking team. Defending team switches with bumpers

#3 4v4v4 = Gks

Set Up:

1) 40x35 yrd grid

2) Three teams of four

3) Gks with goals

4) Extra balls by the goals

Rules:

1) Attacking team goes to goal

2) The game takes place on one half of the field

3) Defending team must progress the ball past midfieldand counters

4) Team waiting on the other half will defend

5) 15-20 minute game
