Set up as shown.
Ball starts with the goalkeeper.
1. GK throws the ball out to player A who controls and dribbles in to the 'D' and shoots for goal with his right foot. This player then spins towards player B.
2. Player B plays a 1-2 towards the by-line with player A and crosses the ball in to the box.
3. As player A and B are combining, player C moves in to the box to get on the end of the cross and shoot for goal.
Once this play is finished the three players rotate positions so that they each play from A,B and C.
Players should have 5 turns in each position.
After this time, positions B and C changeover so that A has a shot with the left foot, spins out to C to play the 1-2, the cross comes in from the left hand side and the run is from the right.

Place mannequins in the box testing both the accuracy of shooting/crosses and types of runs.
