Instructions:
Phase I: Stationary Rep
- Players are paired off across from eachother anywhere from 5 -7 yards apart. Players are encouraged to pass the ball to their partner inside their partner's box and recieve with the inside part of the foot.
Point System:
- 1 PT for passing into the partners' box
- 1 PT for recieving the pass within the box with the inside part of the foot.
Phase II: Cat & Mouse Game
- Traditional Cat and Mouse Rules
- Triangles are the 'Mouse House Safe'
- Players must keep the ball away from the defenders

- Utilization of the Inside Foot Surface with Center of Ball

Game: Gotcha!
- Players are all working with a ball and dribbling around the grid. The objective of this game is to try to pass your soccer ball another teammates' soccer ball utilizing the inside push pass technique. Each time you pass your soccer ball into another players ball you get 1 PT. Play for 60 seconds and see which player can get the most points.
Progression: Players can now only score by passing their soccer ball at the opposing pinnie color.
- Players that dribble out of bounds lose 1 PT.
