Small Sided Activity: 4 + 4 v 4
Team is divided in three groups of 4 to 5 players. Each group is restricted to 1/3 of the grid.
Coach starts game by playing a lofted ball into one of the outside areas. Team receiving ball will play 3 consecutive passes before playing a long pass to the other side of the grid.
Team in the middle defends by sending two players into area with the ball and attempting to win possession. If ball is won, then they must quickly play ball to other side of the grid. Team who loses
possession must then switch to defense.
Note: If ball goes out of bounds it is no longer in play. Coach can restart activity or put balls on the outside.

Using the GK's and one being a target and supporting player and can only use their feet.
Team going to goal will have numbers up playing 7 v 6 and use the GK as a supporting player and when the play is out of bounds or shot on goal play will be started at the top.
Focus will be possess and be patient and create opportunity to go to goal.

Technical Warm Up (15 mins)
Set up as shown and sort players in groups of 14 - 16. Passing and Receiving as well as combinations.
In the patten players will follow their respective pass as in player A passes to player B who provides a wall pass to player A who passes to player C who receives and passes to player A to start sequence on the other side.
Players A will take player B Spot and player B will take player C Spot. Player C from other side will take Player A Spot as well as player C who gets passwill continue to A.
Go one direction and then switch the other way. Once sucessful on a few repetitions can add a overlap as in Player A passes to player B who receives a ball ball on a wall pass and player B overlaps and passes to player C.
