Description

  • 1. All players drive towards the marker to their left
  • 2. On arriving at the marker players will perform a turn and drive to the central cone
  • 3. On arriving at the central cone again players will perform another turn
  •  4.After the player turns, they must pass the ball and apply pressure to waiting players 1st touch
  • 5.Repeat on the other side
