Set up

Create a suitable circle so you can transition into the Technical Circle straight away (remember the size from the previous week as you are trying to reduce the size in time)
Use your tactics board to write down the activity (in time the kids will then manage themselves)
Players should be able to manage this themselves whilst you set up the next part of the session

Rules

Players try to get their highest Keepy-Uppy score
If players are struggling, use this technique: bounce, kick x1 catch; bounce, kick x2, catch, bounce kick x3 catch. Increase the number of kicks gradually
Ask players if they beat their highest score NOT who got the highest

Time

5 minutes max, just until the kids have arrived
